I have had some REALLY bad customer service experiences recently, so dealing with Trunell was a breath of fresh air and a reminder that some people actually are good at serving customers and providing quality with a smile. This is the second time I've used them - Petro communicates frequently, the goods arrive on time, and are very good quality. Will definitely use again for any of my little DIY efforts.
